Meet the Team

Jay graduated from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks with a Bachelors degree in Justice, along with an Associates degree in Business Finance. He earned his Juris Doctorate (Magna Cum Laude) from Concordia University School of Law in 2019, graduating at the top of his class. During law school, Jay clerked at Downes, Tallerico, & Schwalm for two summers. He was also a two-year law review member, holding the Executive Managing Editor position in his final year of law school. In fact, Jay's law review article was chosen for publication in the 2018 Concordia Law Review Journal. Upon graduating from law school, Jay worked as an Associate Attorney at Downes, Tallerico, & Schwalm for a little over two years. He opened the doors at Fulk Law Office in the summer of 2021. Jay spends his free time coaching youth basketball and spending quality time with his family camping and fishing all throughout Alaska. He is currently admitted to practice law in Alaska and is a member of the Alaska Bar Association. 

Susanna is a paralegal at Fulk Law Office, Inc. She attended school at the University of Alaska-Anchorage and has many years of experience. Susanna, at times, will be your primary contact throughout your case. She is knowledgeable about the ins and outs of family law cases and she is an extremely valuable asset to the firm and to our clients. 

Kathy is a valuable member of the Fulk Law Office team. She brings extensive experience and a passion for serving clients with dedication and professionalism. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence make her an indispensable asset in providing top-tier legal support. Our clients can expect tailored assistance and unwavering support throughout their legal journey. 

Paula is our office manager at Fulk Law Office. She attended school at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks and Montana State University-Northern, where she excelled academically. Paula has a  strong working knowledge of billing and for overall office organizational and financial issues. She handles all of the firms financial matters and she ensures that each client has a positive experience. Paula can answer any of your billing and retainer questions. In addition, Paula is our dedicated paralegal for criminal defense cases.
